"Called to get a price for service call for leak outside. He said $2500!!!!!!! Then proceeded to say it will be cheaper to replace the water line!!!!"

"I tried for 4 weeks to get someone out for an estimate for a garbage disposal and a water line to a new fridge. I initially tried around Christmas and they said they would have to call back and schedule the next week. I was fine with this, I know there’s a labor shortage, and life is crazy. They never called the Monday they said they would so I called back and again they told me they would call the next day by 9 am to schedule with me. AGAIN NO CALL. Finally on one of my attempts I got scheduled for an estimate and I wait another week for the appointment. The day comes and they’re a no show. I call them and they told me that they had called the previous week to reschedule. Zero missed calls and no voicemails. I reschedule AGAIN for the following week. Again another no show! I called and this time they said they were closed because of the snow. I understand bad weather, I understand needing to reschedule but all I ask for is some COMMUNICATION!!!! Don’t know how they’re plumbing skills or costs are because I couldn’t ever get them to my house!"
