"I don't often write reviews but felt this one to be necessary as many of you are more than likely in the same position as I was and I hope this saves you time. I know it will save you money! I purchased an adjustable bed from another company 2 years ago and the mattress was worn out in just over a year. I paid several thousand dollars only to get sleepless nights and a daily backache. I had to replace it so I checked every mattress vendor in the Tri-Cities and all of them wanted a fortune for something no better than what I already had. On top of that most of those 'salesman' knew very little about their products. One of them actually told me that good mattresses started at 3-thousand dollars and the better ones were over 5. When I asked him why I had to spend that much for a good night's sleep he just told me about the brand name manufacturer, nothing about the mattress itself because he didn't really know anything about it. He didn't even know what it was made of, but said as soon as the manager got free he would find out. As you might imagine I didn't hang around waiting for the manager to finish his conversation with his girlfriend. Frustrated and about to give up, my wife remembered the Mattress Outlet, right across from Zak's Furniture in Boones Creek. I picked the phone up and Chris answered, I told him of my problem and he said he had exactly what I needed...and he told me why...no salesman at those other high priced stores gave me this kind of information. I asked how much I would have to invest to sleep in peace and when he told me I couldn't believe my ears. The price was so reasonable that my response was, "I don't want to buy more junk and I'm willing to pay more for something that's going to last!". He told me he had mattresses at every price range but paying more would be a waste of my money. Think about that, how many salesman would tell you there's no reason to pay more than necessary to get what you need? I immediately headed to Boones Creek, met with Chris, laid on the mattress, paid for it and was out of there is less than 15-minutes. Chris himself delivered it a few hours later AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. He even hauled off the old mattress AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. By the way, the new mattress was at least 3 times heavier than the old one, this was no cheapy. Unless you've won the lottery or have money to burn you need to beat it to the Mattress Outlet, across from Zak's, in Boones Creek. You'll not only be thousands ahead, you'll sleep like a baby. Thanks Chris, you've made my day every night since!"
