Heel Hooks Jiu Jitsu is a health institution located at 801 Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. Established in 2012, our head instructor Chester Wright is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under 2nd Degree Black Belt Greg Walker. We offer classes for both adults and kids, with special military discounts available. Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program focuses on building confidence, respect, and teaching good student habits for children ages 4-6.
Our classes cover in-depth transitions and techniques, catering to all levels from white to black belt. Jiu Jitsu is a grappling art that involves takedowns, chokes, joint locks, and pins to control and submit opponents. While there is a risk of injury in any combat sport, we prioritize safety and provide top-quality training at an affordable price. Monthly and annual memberships are available for unlimited classes.
