"When calling the number listed, a man answered the phone, "Hello?" ... I said I was interested in having a small appliance repaired and he mumbled something about not doing small appliances and then asked what I wanted repaired. I began to tell him that I had a dehumidifier and he interrupted me saying he doesn't work on those anymore. It was very unprofessional and a poor experience."
