On another note I did snag the last 0 nicotine melody vape- first time trying this brand but I unfortunately got a dud every hit after the first hit is a nasty burnt coil that would make anyone quit smoking. Purchased and disposed of the same day so that's a disappointing $20 in the trash."
"Terrible customer service. I've been in here exactly twice and BOTH times I've left without a purchase. The first time I asked about prices on a carton of cigs. They wanted $80 but I can get them for $48 at Bobbys market and I told them that. The guy behind the counter called me a liar. Well ok, I guess I'll just drive 5 mins away then and get some. The second time I went in was by far the worst. I inquired about a disposable vape. He said, it's 16.99. "We have the cheapest prices in town." I informed him that I bought one earlier for a few dollars cheaper but it's ok because this place is closer and more convenient. He then started getting animated and telling me there's no way I got 2 for 25.99 and they had to be counterfeit. He started telling some man that was there all about how people can only trust him because all the others are selling counterfeit vapes. Does he think people don't know how to verify the authenticity? The other guy working there (shoulder length hair) is telling me to "come back and we'll get you taken care of. " No, that's not how it works. They should've taken care of me, THEN. And I don't necessarily mean a discount. If, in fact, there is a problem with counterfeit vapes, had he talked to me without an attitude, I would have bought one from him just because I have the money and can afford it as a thank you for the info. Instead, I'll be taking my money elsewhere. You can't get an attitude with people and expect them to come back. This place is overpriced and has terrible customer service."
