"NEVER ANSWER AND NEVER CALL BACK! I'm leaving this review because Google keeps popping it up for me to. Asking how was it where I had Google searched for HVAC installation near me and they along with a few others came up. Long story short my husband and I are in the process of buying a home but would like to get and install. So I have been calling to get companies to do an estimate at this time. In the process I called Carter heating & cooling a few times, never got an answer but did leave a message with my details to call me back. Well a month later and probably half a dozen messages left and still no return call or text. Guess they are busy enough they don't need any new business."
