"We called for a furnace/thermostat check and Alex S was dispatched and arrived within a couple hours. He allayed our concerns, did a basic electrical inspection and cleaning of filter component, checked the thermostat and other things - he told us this was included in the $69 service fee. Informed us of the basic mechanisms of how our hvac system works or should work. McCarthy Services did an excellent job installing our furnace 2 years ago and it was time for an inspection. Alex was very courteous - listened to our concerns and related important information to us. Thank you for the quick and efficient response to our call for assistance."

"The service was great! The service was scheduled for a hearing check in/ tune up snd the technician, George, had great customer service and knowledgeable. He also assisted with setting me up with the ongoing maintenance plan to ensure consistency with my heating/ air conditioning is maintained (after the plan was not implemented a year ago). Customer Service Dept and Operations/ Logistics were great today - but previously in the week the representative did not call back regarding follow up questions I had regarding the rescheduling of my appointment. Overall still great service but would have liked my questions answered before the appointment."

"I am changing my previous excellent review from a few years ago. After years of loyalty they tried to Railroad me. I've been a loyal customer for years; in 2016 I paid them to replace both of my systems, and I have had service contracts with them since. This past October during a scheduled seasonal servicing, the tech warned me and then showed me all kinds of things wrong with both the systems, mostly damage from moisture over time. He told me that repairs would run over $5k, and I may as will talk to their sales folks about replacing it, even though it was only 8 years old. When I asked how this could have happened considering they had been servicing it over the years, he had no clear answer. Sales showed up the next day and tried to sell me two whole new systems for over $16k. Instead I called two completely different companies to come out and look it over for which I paid out of pocket. Both of them came to the same conclusion. Not only were there no big problems, but my equipment was still under a 10-year warranty for parts. They cleaned some things, adjusted some settings, and told me I was good to go. I called McCarthy to stop my service contract immediately. Someone from their Quality Assurance department call back to ask why, thanked me for my explanation, and I have never heard back from them. They have lost my trust and will not get another dollar from me as far as I'm concerned."

"Found them online with great reviews. Had an inspection, literally the same day with a quoted price. I forgot the guy that came here for the inspection and quoted price but he was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me. The two technicians, Kenny Pham and Walter Grady came over literally the next day and installed it within a few hours. They have a 10 year warranty or something like that. I had called three other places before them and settled with them because their price was very competitive and they was willing to work with me. My old AC unit was over 20 years old and was running on old Freon, but this new AC unit run on the new type of Freon and wow, it cools the house fast and it’s so energy efficient. This new AC unit allows me to connect through Nest and control it online and has a lot of features and it cools the house so much faster! They have great pricing, guaranteed and the two technicians are very professional and did a great job explaining everything. I recommended them to my neighbors and friends! Call and ask, they are willing to work with you!"
