He repaired it fireplace in less than an hour and explained to us in detail what was happening. Farid was our technician and he was excellent and kind, same with the front desk poc, she was very nice and scheduled us quickly. "We called them to revive an old gas fireplace that has not been used for years. The first visit was great: they came next day, inspected and cleaned it, replaced some part, - it was working. A couple of month later the pilot came off, and we asked them to come back and see what happened. Scheduling was great again, next day was available, but they did not show! Apparently, they called me before coming, and I did not pick up my phone, so they decided not to come. What?.. Couldn't they tell me upfront that I had to wait for their call? And then when I was not happy about it, I was told that I was welcome to use another company. And so I will."

"Our gas fireplace has not worked for over 5 years despite having 2 services by other repair companies. Called Top AC Repair after doing google search and saw they did same day service and repair. The company called back immediately and scheduled service the same day. The technician named Jawed only took 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and had all parts needed to do the repair. He also cleaned the fireplace and added extra charcoal to improve the ambience. We now have a working gas furnace. "The services provided by Jawed was absolutely exceptional! I contacted this company Thursday night 11/10/2021 expecting to leave a message but Jawed answered the call. He was very polite and professional. He booked my apt for the next day at 5:15pm. He contacted me 30 minutes before his arrival and stated that due to traffic he’d be 10 minutes behind schedule and wanted to know if it would be ok. He pleasantly entered my home at the estimated new time and after assessing my fireplace, he assured me that it could be repaired; however, it would take 40 minutes to fix and if that would be too late, he could come back to do this work. Needless to say, I was ecstatic because my fireplace is pretty old and I feared that I would need a new unit. Within 40 minutes my fireplace was repaired and my basement is cozy and warm again.
