"Not a great place says open till 9 there at 530 pm and has open sign and all lit up but a lock on the door. The same owner of this at the store in wise says it should be open and trying to figure out where they are."

"This is my go to place when I can actually get in the doors. I have seen ten different people try to walk in while I waited in my car for 10 minutes. This is the third time the sign says open but the door is locked during operating hours."

"Absolutely horrendous quality— the mostly single blown glass are entirely unattractive (I’m talking to you, lumpy Piglet) and ordered from “some warehouse” according to staff. So I bought a metal piece. Still higher than a typical headshop, but ok. Get it home and see that it isn’t even finished— the inside has jagged metal once the top bowl is unscrewed that nearly covers the opening (which is supposed to be there for cleaning). Turns out they don’t do returns— when I asked their manager referred me to the manufacturer. Once I pointed out there wasn’t one listed all I got was “oh I don’t know who you’d contact for this.” What on earth? Won’t spend another dime here."
