"Horrible overall. Assigned by home warranty company. On 2 seperate repair calls the technician (one for my ice maker and one for my washing machine) was unable to properly diagnose and repair the appliance. Both times I had to get the warranty company to assign a Competent company who repaired both appliances on the first try"

"When one of the ovens in my Thermador range failed to produce heat I filed a work order with my home warranty company. Tech 4 Services was assigned to the job. Per our scheduled appointment, a representative arrived promptly, diagnosed the root cause of failure, and advised me that a replacement part would be ordered. Once the part was received by Tech 4 I was contacted to schedule the follow-up visit. Again, the technician arrived on schedule, installed the replacement module, and demonstrated the restored function of my oven. He also left me with useful advice on removal and replacement of doors and access panels in order to facilitate deep cleaning of the range. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Tech 4. I found my representative to be courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative. He did a exceptional job of managing my expectations and completing the task within a reasonable and acceptable window of time."

"Unfortunately 2-10 warranty sent this company and I suspect they work together to deny claims. They said they denied my claim because he told them that my broken dishwasher was a pre-existing condition and it wasn't attached. He gave me the bolt that fell out and said save it so it was attached at one point as it was not broken during the home inspection. He got my $89 and helped them not pay out. When I asked him why he would do that he told me 2-10 was lying and he didn't write that in his report. So I would not use 2-10 or this company. I did ask him to come fix it for me and just not charge another service fee but he has disappeared."

"Can I assign negative stars? This company was assigned to us by our home warranty firm for a refrigerator leak issue we had. This seems like a one person operation - the owner of the firm came and looked at the refrigerator, said he needs to order parts and then disappeared. We had to call him over 10 times just to get an answer on the status of repair. We were told he was waiting on parts, that he got the wrong parts next time and final answer was that he is not able to find parts anywhere. I asked him to send me a list of parts so I can find them for him. No response so far. Only reason we kept trying to reach him is because we already paid over $100 into the repair. We are writing that off at this point and moving on to other repair firms. Disorganized, not responsive, hard to reach and no customer service."

"Had washer repaired by Tech 4 Services from our Home Warranty Plan. Initial diagnosis was control board, which we had to wait for part to be approved by home warranty & part purchased and ordered. Part was received next week to be installed. Didn’t work, Apparently it was the motor, motor had to be authorized and purchased wait for part and finally installed. It was a little bit of inconvenience, but it finally was completed. Took less than 3 weeks to repair it. A lot of the inconvenience is the part of dealing with home warranties. The back and forth. But all in all glad the Tech 4 Service contractor was able to fix. Luckily we had a relative that we were able have clothes washed in that timeframe."
