"Ali was very honest and upfront about the work that needed to be done. My phone had water damage, and was not backed up since February. Ali guided me on the steps that needed to be done and he was able to salvage the damage phone to be able to back up information I needed for work! he was very communicative and explained the steps he was doing and actually explained to me a lot on how the phone system works! we are very grateful for his awesome work, and already have recommended others to him! "I took my iPhone 13 to them for both front and back glass repairs. After leaving it with them for a diagnostic, I received an estimate of $450 for the repair. When I hesitated and considered putting that money towards a new phone, the owner offered to buy my phone for $550 if I proceeded with the repair. Despite some initial confusion during the transaction, I hung up the phone thinking all was well. The next day, upon picking up my phone, the owner informed me that he couldn't buy it immediately and suggested listing it on eBay. Frustrated but willing, I agreed and paid for the repair. However, upon closer inspection at home, I noticed the screen had a grainy quality and faint lines, particularly visible with dim pictures. Checking the settings revealed a notification that the screen was not an original Apple screen but a cheap replica. Contacting the owner about this, he advised me to list it on eBay, promising to find a buyer and call me. Unfortunately, I never received that call, and when my phone did sell on eBay, it got sent back due to the subpar quality of the repair. In summary, my experience with this business was far from satisfactory, and I would strongly caution others to steer clear – you're truly better off going to a baboon with a screwdriver."

"I needed a new screen after my phone had some water damage and they repaired it very quickly! Great customer service, very friendly, and great communication (explained what was wrong and possible methods he would use to fix it). Would definitely come back if i had any other issues with my phone."

"I went over a year ago to have my screen replaced and experienced maybe the worst customer service I've had. The one staff member (unfortunately unable to provide a name) who my husband and I interacted with was extremely rude whenever he did manage to acknowledge my presence, and was also rude to the customer who had been in front of us. He managed to "fix" the phone, but recently upon going to another cell phone repair service where both me and my husband received friendly and professional service, we were both told that alibaba had not repaired the phone correctly and did not use the correct parts to fix it. I'm not sure if the other people reviewing this place fit the description of the type of clientele that staff member would've preferred to interact with, or if the man (if he didn't improve at his job) is no longer working there, or someone else was working at the time, the reason why this place has so many good reviews. I could never recommend this place to anyone looking for a phone repair based on my personal experience."
