"I should have known better after reading all of the one star reviews as far as her keeping her appointment times. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt because the five star reviews, she seems to be pretty good. I am a barber and I work for myself as well. I was completely booked this weekend and I’m going out of the country on Sunday. I booked my appointment through Groupon three days ago. Since then, I got a reminder text every day for my appointment at 10:15 this morning. I wake up to a good morning text at 7:45 saying she has to reschedule. Being that she has multiple one star reviews with the same excuse, I do not believe it. And being an entrepreneur, I know I have days I don’t want to come in but I think about my clients’ convenience first. I literally closed my schedule this morning just to give her my money. Now this is two hours of my day that was wasted and could have been appointments for myself and now I have to scramble to find a tech before Sunday morning. And yes, I had time today."
