"I highly recommend this place! If you go you have to see Laura. She will make you feel like you’re best friends. Laura’s warm and friendly energy makes the atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable. I will literally travel to see her in order to get my wax."

"This was my first time getting my brows done in a while. Scheduling online was a breeze and my appointment was right on time. I got my brows threaded by Laura who was incredible! She took a lot of time asking me what I wanted my brows to look like and what style I was going for. Before beginning, she shows you what she plans on threading, so this would be a great opportunity to express anything specific you would want, but she planned on shaping them exactly how I wanted. It was also totally painless which is not what my previous threading experiences have been like. I will definitely be returning!"

"I don’t love leaving negative reviews but I definitely don’t recommend this place. The receptionist and waxer were nice and the aesthetic of the place was cute but that’s about all I can say positively. I went for a Brazilian and the wax was way too hot. The wax pot literally had “temperature 65” written on it with a label maker and it was set to 75. I definitely got burnt. The table didn’t have any paper on it and while it was cleaned off with me In the room after, they used Spic and Span, which is a household cleanser, not a medical grade one. I don’t know if legally they’re required to use medical grade cleansers but being that people put their bare bottoms on it it feels like it should be necessary. They also used a weird brown powder on me. I know like talcum powder is pretty standard in a waxing experience but I’ve never seen brown stuff and I usually get offered a wipe to get it off after, or the waxer attempts to clean it off. I asked for a wipe three times after so I could try to get myself clean and was given a paper towel with some rose water or something on it because “the owner is really strict with wipes” (per my waxer). I left with brown powder all over my shirt, in my personal bits and it made a weird brown mess when I used my own personal wipes after. During the process of my waxing, the waxer got very close to a sensitive part of my anatomy (in a way I have never experienced a waxer get before) and it felt very invasive. I didn’t feel like assaulted or anything but it was incredibly uncomfortable for me. Before anyone asks why i went through with the experience at all - I have really bad and debilitating anxiety and was scared to speak up. I also didn’t want to leave and face cancellation fees since they had my card on file and would have charged me 100% of the services, which tbh is insane to me. I went through with it but it was genuinely a bad experience. I will not be going back and I sincerely urge you not to visit. - Update: one of the owners just called to inquire about my experience. I told her I wasn’t really able to talk as I am at work but gave her a rundown. She was incredibly unsympathetic and all she said was “okay. I’ll just respond (to the review) then.” and the call was over. Interested to see what happens."

"Went for my first time and I'm hooked. Athena is a amzing. She's patient, personable, and knows her brows. She happily answered all my questions and was so thorough. I have been looking for a consistent place to get my brows done and I've found it. I'll be sending my daughter too!! Thank you!!"

"Such a great experience! I’ve gone multiple times now for waxing and been so comfortable with all the techs! They always make great small talk to distract you just enough, and welcome you in like a friend! I’ll recommend Brows and Meows to any one of my friends searching for these services."
