"I once used this pharmacy and changed because one of the pharmacy technicians was rude to me. The visit today was great. The person that waited on me was very friendly polite and professional. I was pleasantly surprised and glad to see the improvement in the customer care."

"The parking lot is clean and well lit! I feel 100% safe walking into the store alone even at night! When you walk in the store looks open and clean and very organized!! There is always someone right there to greet you and say hello and ask if you need help finding anything! I personally love the pharmacy and staff. It's where I've been going for 5 years now and where I will continue to guard regardless of where I move in the city. They have helped me get medications approved that I otherwise wouldn't be able to have. They're always good with answering questions and I never feel rushed. All of the pharmacy staff I have dealt with has always been professional and nice. The longest I've ever had to wait is 1 day for medicine and that was only one time in 5 years!! The store manager is really nice. He is always helpful! Some of the items might seem pricey, but if you download the CVS app, their coupons more than make up the difference!! This will continue to be my go-to for all last minute things I might need and any pharmaceutical needs I have!"

"Unfortunately, I have to give the Salem Rd pharmacy a 1 star after the awful service I received tonight. Niya Ayala was the pharmacist on shift for the night and flat out refused to do her job, resulting in me not receiving the prescription for my 5-year-old daughter. They had 2 incorrect insurances in the system and when I gave her the correct one she said the user did not exist despite my husband just getting his prescription not even a week ago from the same pharmacy and my daughter having one filled back in November from CVS. I asked her to call and she refused because she said they closed at 9 and that she was going to take care of the 4 people that came after me even after I has already been waiting. The fact that she felt those 4 people who came AFTER me were more important than me and my 5-year-old is disgusting. She told me that I could take the medicine if I paid the money for it (despite having active insurance) but that she was NOT about to call my insurance and that I would have to wait until she serviced people who came AFTER me. The attitude was even more disgusting. When I asked for the number to corporate she laughed and gave it to me as if I should already know it. Her professionalism and customer service are non-existent. Thankfully, I was able to speak with Angie who was the Assistant Manager on duty who was amazing and provided me with the contact information for the Store Manager and corporate. I will be following up with the Store Manager, Pharmacy Manager, District Managers, and the CVS Corporate office. I have never had issues with this pharmacy before which is sad because they are amazing but unfortunately, bad employees reflect badly on the company. Again, refusing to call the insurance was lazy on her part and the lack of professionalism was disgusting and uncalled for."
