"I recently ordered a Cuff bracelet for my goddaughter's 27th birthday present. This is her 2nd cuff bracelet as I gave her one on the day of her christening. I wanted to get it engraved, but was very short on time. I sent an email to Mr. Fagan (owner) and he not only responded right away, but he was able to ship the bracelet to me in record time! Thank you to Mr. Fagan and his team for their exceptional customer service! You all went above and beyond! "I took a watch to 5 other jewelry stores to have links taken out. They were all unable to remove the links claiming the watch was “too compressed”. 3 of these other jewelers were major chains. Williamsburg Jewelers was the only store that was able to get the links out and did so very quickly. Highly recommend them and I will be taking my other watches there in the future. "Just recently received a new watch for my birthday. It was too big to wear, I contacted Mike to resize and he was able to get me in and out with no problem. It took him 2min just to resize the watch to my wrist. I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all jewelry.
