"Bought a chain from them where they said it was Italian gold. It was not. Went back thinking maybe it was a mistake and they gave me the display instead of the actual item. Manager became extremely defensive. Which caught me by surprise as to why and stated I should sue them. Nothing like a good lawsuit to start the year."

"This store is garbage! I have had a pearl necklace for over ten years & it broke recently, so I took it to them in October. I got a call a week later saying it was ready & picked it up for $35. Then, the next day it broke again & it turns out they just drilled a hole into the pearl which really pisses me off. & then, I took it to them again assuming they would fix it or give me a refund & they said they would fix it again w/o a charge, & I haven’t heard back for weeks. I just called & the guy got an attitude talking about me not having a warranty when in reality all I wanted to know if I could pick up my necklace."

"This is the absolute worst place I have even been too, personally they should be shut down. I bought a wedding ring set and one month later it starting turning black. They said it was "Sterling silver", but I disagree, plus they never have anything done on time when you ask for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS ALL JUST A SCAM. Terrible customer service as well. They are very rude, don't let you talk and interrupt you every time you try to say something."

"Bought a 10k gold chain and hoop earrings as a gift for my sister in Costa Rica, spend over $300, after the second day she wore them, both of the items broke. Took it to a jewelry store over there and was told that the material was rotten and really low quality, came back 2 weeks later went to the store and spoke with the manager who told me it was not rotten and could be fix for another $55 but will not look the same. I asked if they offer any kind of guaranty which they replied it was nothing wrong with the gold. I decided not to get them fix and took it to a buy gold store and got only $45, I lost around $280 and it looks like I'm not the only one who got robbed."
