"Excellence service with great selection of watches. Kathleen was very friendly and professional. She showed me the watches without pressuring me. I got a Breitling Endurance and she activated the Breitling warranty for me and set my watch with the time."
"I am not sure what was going on with the staff at this location today. I have gotten my ring cleaned here in the past, and it always comes out shiny and clean (just like the day we bought it). However, when I arrived in the store today. The service was lacking, and it seemed like i was an inconvenience to her. The salesperson literally rolled her eyes when I asked for my ring to be cleaned. The ring was not clean when I received it back. It still had junk in between the metal work and on the diamond. I am not a big purchase customer, but I am still a customer. We were told when we purchased the ring that we were welcome to come back to get the ring cleaned and the prongs checked. This was not the case today. I still love Schwarzschild, but I will probably be visiting a different location for our next purchase, and you should too."

The one that I chose was not available at the store, but she was able to order it right away and it was here in just a couple of days! I was very impressed. I really do hope to work with her and Schwarzschild Jewelers again in the future. It was truly a wonderful experience."
