"Worst customer service ever. The lady Mary Lynn (the one in the glittery mask) would not exchange a bottle that was already opened and I explained to her the seal of a mixer not even alcohol was open and refused an exchange. She told me it was open I can’t take it back! I said it was already opened. I didn’t want my money back just an exchange and this all happened with 30-45min. Called the ABC store on Ferrell and Mickey was happy to help me and understood this was now a health issue and exchanged it for me. Don’t deal with Mary Lynn the other employees were fine."
