"Use to shop here a lot when i was a young guitarist. I thought the owners were trustworthy, but i was very wrong. I learned later on that they burnt me and my parents multiple times. Including once my parent bought a Dean Dave Mustaine Flying V and charged them extra for the case. (High end Dean Guitars come with a free case) another time they up charged me on a Peavey cab by $100 or more. Told teenage me it was “a good deal.” If you are new to music don’t trust everything they have to say."
"I've been to the store a few times in the past and each time they've always had a great selection and friendly staff. I traded a uke bass there before and they offered me a fair price and was able to put it towards a vintage short scale bass they had in stock. I visited the store recently and they had a great price on a brand new Yamaha BB434 bass that I just couldn't pass up!"
"I dropped off my guitar to have it set up recently. Asked for new strings and "pretty low" action. Service was quick and the tech seemed nice however when I came to pick it up the action was high. Tech was apologetic, kept it for a few more days to make it better, said they would call when it was ready. They never called, I had to call. Picked it up to find that multiple strings are buzzing and the Floyd Rose bridge isn't parallel with the body. I would have left it there for a 3rd time but I don't trust them anymore to get it right until after some paradigm shift occurs in regards to attention to detail. Hell, their website still has the stock template activated with a placeholder for a restaurant menu. Place seems nice enough, they've just got to up their game."
"Awesome little local place. Good selection of specialized stuff that I have had trouble finding in the other music shops I've reviewed. Friendly and incredibly knowledgeable service. Convenient location downtown with plenty of parking. I drove from Salem to check this place out and I will continue to do so. Definitely one of the top ten music stores I've ever been in and I will be back."
"Great little music store, with a lot of merch packed into a little store. Decent selection of electric guitars, small selection of bases, good room full of acoustics, over all a fun little place to stop. They had a room downstairs of keyboards, etc, but we didn't go down there."
