"I was very pleased with the way they make you feel so welcome. And the wait time was not long at all I thought I was going to be there for like 2 hours and it was my first visit and I wasn't I was there for maybe an hour but if I needed more time say talking to the counselor as long as I want it like they really made you feel welcome there. So if you're looking to get your life back then I would 100% encourage you to reach out to crossroads I've never had a place to make me feel so welcome"

"The first person I meet and talk to as I walk in makes an excellent impression on me. He made me feel welcome and was super friendly and that set the tone for the entire appointment. It was a pleasant experience there and all the people working there was so nice to me and made me feel important. They respect me for the person I am and treat me like I am family. I think of them as family also."
