"I am not a bank of America customer. I came here with a few questions and in need of an ATM, their outdoor ATM had no money and the drive through ATM was closed early. The lady working the desk was rude and said well we must not have any money sarcastically."

"Number one of this branch the customer service is awful to say the least. They have one teller working. One person sitting a computer doing what ever he’s doing ( not helping anyone) And one person walking around on the phone doing idk what. There was 7 people waiting in line for at least 15 minutes for me and I was the third in line when I got there. Not once did someone attempt to help the customers. Number two this branch no longer has a drive through, you have to walk inside to do anything. You can do things at the ATM but the problem is that specific ATM has messed up multiple times for me. And I can’t wait for my money to show up days later. I love this bank as an institution but not with what they have done to make it more difficult to get things done."
