"At first I had really good experiences here and the staff was friendly. However, there is a new guy there who happens to be working everytime I come in. He is slow, talks way too quietly, and mumbles. He is not nice. It is important to enunciate and speak a little louder especially because masks and check out dividers makes it harder to hear. It's like he doesn't care at all and puts in zero effort to even be a little friendly. I miss the older lady who wears glasses, she was SOOO sweet! I'm not sure if she left or if she just works different hours, but I really miss her proper customer service and kind demeanor. This new guy is very unpleasant to deal with and makes me want to switch pharmacies."
