"Dry River was suggested to us for a late night pipe burst. They were extremely responsive, timely and did a quality, fast job with the repair. Even better, after moving several months later I had a shower drip and was having trouble replacing a valve cartridge myself. Unsure what to do, I finally called Dry River for help. They suggested we talk through the issue on the phone before charging me for a service visit. We did just that and they were able to diagnose the problem! I believe many companies would have come for the 10 minutes it would have taken and charge me $100-150. Dry River has quickly proven that they care about the quality of their work and taking care of their customers."
