"Normally never have had a problem here, but walked in for a fill, was told to pick out a color and wait, then after 15-20 minutes of already waiting, was told there would be another 45 ish minute wait. Why couldn't that have been said before my already 15-20 minute wait? If you're busy, let your clientele know that, don't make them wait 20 to find out its going to be another 45 minutes before someone can help them."

The blatant discrimination in this “business” is horrifying. Highly suggest no one support these people because of the way they humiliated my best friend who finally worked up the courage to get their nails done. DISGUSTING."
"They made me feel unwelcome from the time I got there to the time I left! The guy that did my nails when I told him where I lived he said well why did you come here if you live in moraine said I should have went somewhere over there said that a full set was 100 I said that was fine and he kept acting like it was such a big deal I just ended up getting a fill in and then persisted to tell me that the reason why people don't like doing new sets on me is because my nails were to long! I wear them normal length mind you. I won't be back he successfully ran me out for good!"
