I've had a positive experience with every instructor here, but I especially love Lisbeth's evening center and balance class. It's an amazing chance once a week to really focus on stretching and relaxing, and Lisbeth pushes everyone to challenge our flexibility while maintaining a meditative environment that leaves me feeling renewed for another week.
