"I was looking for a gym that actually teaches boxing and kickboxing(Muay Thai) techniques for self defense. This gym’s training is unique as the main focus is primarily learning self defense (boxing and Muay Thai) as well as combining some elements of aerobic workouts and strength training. The coach is extremely knowledgeable and is a great teacher. The classes are small and the coach offers personalized attention to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly. Hands down the best trainer in the DMV area. I highly recommend!!!"
"I did personal training with E since 2017, he is an amazing well-rounded instructor. I would HIGHLY recommend taking personal training, but if that's not in your budget, his classes are well structured as well. I mainly focused on BJJ before I met E, he turned me onto Muay Thai and he really took my workout to the next level. I ended up stopping BJJ lessons and focused on Muay Thai."
