"It was not a good experience with a woman whom I assume is the owner or co-owner. She caught me completely off guard when I went to check out and started in on me about so many different things at first. I didn't quite understand what I'd done. I made an iced coffee drink and was talking to a lady that worked there and I mistakenly used too much sweetener so at first I was going to try to fix it but realized it would be easier to just start over so I dumped the drink out and started over. After I made my drink I grabbed a few extra creamers to add to my drink because as the ice melts it gets watered down so I'll add a few extra creamer so it keeps its flavor a little longer. I do this all the time and have offered to pay for the creamer in the past, but I was told to just take it, and it was fine. As I went to check out, this lady started in on me about how many creamers I could use and what I could take with me, etc. It was a bit confusing because I really didn't realize I'd done anything wrong, so I apologized, but it left me with the feeling that she thought I'd done something really wrong. For gods sakes, it's freaking coffee creamer lady is what I wanted to say, but being I wasn't raised to argue or disrespect my elders, I agreed and apologized. It's not a good experience, and I don't think I'll be going back there anymore. Just a heads up, she says she sits and watches the camera to be sure what everyone is doing when they come in and shop there. That's how she knew how many creamers I'd used. In my opinion this is not the way you should treat a customer."

"Whoever works here at night just dissapears. Went in last night, took my sweet time getting a pizza/drink. Get to the counter and no one is around. Not when I entered or after I got what I wanted. Waited a minute or two at the counter before just leaving."
