About a month ago, we received a 30% discount coupon in our email and when we went to check out, we couldn't find the right one - the cashier called over the manager /supervisor and she opened a new register and waited with us patiently and tried each one we thought was the right one. We eventually got it right but I was really appreciative of how patient and kind the manager /supervisor was. We drove out to this location and arrived in person SPECIFICALLY to use the coupon on over $100 worth of food/treats, but were very embarrassed when we began to hold up the line with our mix up. She made sure to take care of us and provide the best service possible. Today we used another coupon for 25% off curbside pick up. It was our first time using it, we walked in and were immediately greeted by staff. Our order was right there, we were personally handed our order and thanked by name for stopping in. EXCELLENT customer service and always has the best selection (especially for our particular pup). Highly recommend this store - even more than any of the other locations! & pssssst definitely sign up for the emails/reward program!!"
