"I was coming here during my stay for a work assignment. This place is great! One of the top mma gyms on my list. There are no egos here. Everyone is great to work with. Their drills and explanation of the drills is top tier and every coach does their very best to get you to understand what you do, why you do it and what are the advantages and disadvantages and alternatives in a way that you can feel confident about what you’re doing. 10/10"

"Everyone here is very kind, professional, and helpful! I walked into the kickboxing class with no experience at all and I felt welcomed right away. The coaches are very fun, positive, and patient, and they are totally invested in meeting you at your level and bettering you from there. They won't let you fall behind or lose traction. The gym itself is great too- clean, and everything is in good repair. Overall, the environment is fun, welcoming, empowering, and energetic. I learned so much and felt right at home after my first class. 100% would recommend!"

"I stumbled upon this gym while on the hunt for martial arts classes for my 9-year-old son. After our first trial class, he was hooked. So much so, that I was inspired to give it a shot myself. A few months in, and the transformation in my son is evident. Not only has he gained confidence and made new friends, but he's also acquired invaluable life skills. Pete, along with the other youth coaches, truly excel in their roles. They're not only knowledgeable but also incredibly cautious, ensuring the kids train safely and avoid injuries. On my son's recommendation, I ventured into the adult Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu classes. The diverse training methods employed by the various coaches have been enlightening. It's a surreal experience to spar with one of my many new friends and suddenly find myself executing a move we'd practiced. "I’ve really enjoyed the women’s self defense class. I was nervous about starting it. I wondered if I would look foolish? I’m so glad that I went. It’s been a new challenge for me. This was my first attempt at being physically active since the car accident. The instructor has been very patient and If you have a difficult time with mobility in any area he can show you moves that you can do and feel confident in. I came in not knowing anyone in the class and felt at ease. We are all beginners learning the moves while exercising. It’s good to be aware of all the ways you can defend yourself . I encourage women of all ages to take this class. Bring your friends or come alone. You’ll be surprised at your capabilities. You’ll also have fun will learning the moves too!"
