"This location doesn’t get crowded and opens at 9am unlike the other Richmond location. I live bringing my homeschooled kids here on weekday mornings so they can have the place to themselves besides some preschoolers. Clean."

"This location has poor customer service. I planned a party for my daughter at this location over a month ago. When I got there, the employees seemed annoyed. There were several times that the front desk was left unattended, and customers had to holler for someone to come to the front. I paid for a private party, I did not have a host great my party. When we walked into the party room, it was not decorated. The party participants had to wait for the host to setup the tables. The party package I purchased included one pizza per five party participants. Due to personal preference I order, I order additional pizza upon arrival. When it was time for my guest to eat, initial the host only brought out the additional pizza I ordered. Skyzone messed up my original with party and only told me when I complained about not receiving the pizza included in party. The party also included water bottles, the staff member was so unfamiliar with the details of my party that she had to verify. I would not recommend this location of SkyZone for a party! Unprofessional, unorganized, and inconsiderate!"

"If I could give a 0 I would. A total joke. We had scheduled a birthday party there and it was a disaster. They tell you to arrive 30 min early. What they don't tell you is that they allocated an hour of jumping before the party room will be ready. Then they gave our room to the wrong party. Ok, we'll set you up in the other room... the other room was still occupied AND were late leaving. We need just 5 minutes after they leave to clean the room. That was a lie. 20 Minutes later we get the "We're almost ready for you." If we hadn't been standing outside our originally promised room, we would have missed the attendant giving our cupcakes to the wrong party. When we FINALLY got into the room, the floors, tables, seats were all still wet. The room was very cold in complete contrast to the rest of the building. Then the pizza they brought in was just as cold. We got settled so late that half our party had to leave. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else."

"It was nice not to crowded. Employees at the desk were nice and very helpful. It was not to crowded for a Saturday night. The employee helping with the party was very attentive,nice, and helpful with everything. This location is not as big as some but the kids had a lot of fun. I would take my kids back."

"Visited with a few families and kids. There were too many people in the play area, so we decided to let only the kids play. Kids enjoyed the entire trip. Friendly and prompt staff. The air inside was a little damp and has a slight stench and some of the play area dint have enough separation. We went on a Saturday evening (around 3) that might have contributed to the crowd."
