"I've been a member at Crossfit Falls Church (CFFC) for 2 years and have had numerous prior gym memberships. CFFC is the best fitness experience I've ever had, period, and worth every penny. As a forty-something in middling shape I was initially apprehensive about Crossfit, but was pleasantly surprised there were plenty of other "masters" (i.e, older) members like myself at CFFC and you certainly don't need to be young or a super-elite athlete to benefit from the programming.
