"Calvin is an experienced professional boxer who will not only give you a great workout but at the same time teach you how to train, think, and fight like a professional boxer. Here is what I love about Ultimate Fitness and training with Calvin: 1. It is not repetitive. I learn new boxing techniques/strategies and do new exercises/drills everytime I go. 2. You train to think and fight like a boxer. Through his pro boxing experience, Calvin teaches you how to fight like a boxer which is much more mentally engaging than punching a heavybag till exhaustion which you will likely do at a place like Title Boxing or a typical fitness class. 3. Calvin has really good intuition when it comes to pushing you beyond your comfort level to actually build your fitness. 4. Calvin engages you and gets involved in your lesson. Again, rather than just timing you as you punch a bag, Calvin is constantly giving you tips and pointers as you go through your workout and often has you work on the pads with him, which allows you to practice your punches and defense on a moving target. 5. This guy knows what he is talking about when it comes to the sport of boxing. I've seen him fight in the ring multiple times so you are getting lessons from a legitimate professional."
