Gioia Pharo, our experienced instructor, incorporates her background in dance, fitness, and massage therapy to create purposeful and slow flows in each class.
In addition to teaching yoga and pilates, Gioia is also a skilled massage therapist with training in Applied Kinesiology and offers integrated touch, firm Swedish, Sports Massage, and Reiki techniques. Personal Training sessions with Gioia focus on movement and alignment correction to help you reach your fitness goals.
As the founder of Wyrd Yoga LLC, Gioia's mission is to promote health in body, mind, and spirit through movement and self-care practices. In case of inclement weather, the studio will be closed for snow and ice to ensure the safety of our clients.
