You can tell as soon as the techs and vets come into the room that their hearts are into it. Our dog had been diagnosed with diabetes at another clinic and we just weren't happy with the lack of knowledge that vet had about diabetes. Through her struggle with diabetes, through several emergency jaw surgeries, through a myriad of infections and throughout her final illness, they never failed to give her the attentive and prompt medical care she needed.
