"Cute small park, meant for Braemar HOA members only. Slides swings and a paved small loop for kid bikes and scooters. Two play structures, one more for you get under age 5 probably, one good for slightly older. Two regular swings and two baby swings. Mulch ground. No public bathrooms that I'm aware of but it's right next to the swim hoa building So probably has some inside."

"I love this park! It has a nice little loop around it that's great for kids who want to ride bikes or scooters around. There's a picnic area for lunch. And the play equipment is great for kids of many ages."
