"Do not pay them ANYTHING. This is a business practicing fraudulent ethics. I was told once I pay my collection off it will be removed from my credit. Almost 10 months later, it still shows up on my credit. I called then and spoke to the agent who handled my collection, her name is Laura or something. She is an extremely rude person and does not understand how to talk to people. I asked her I paid my collection in full, are you not going to remove it from my credit? She says no. I said then why did I pay for it, should have left it like that? She doesn’t respond and when I asked if she’s still there she says: “you were making a statement I didn’t have to respond”. Is this how you are dealing with customers? Wow! I don’t understand why and how come these SCAM CENTERS still exist in the US. These people are fraudsters and into the business of defrauding people. Do not pay them a penny."
