"I went in to get my ear piercings changed out for clear retainers and they were amazing. Everyone was so kind, and the vibes were great and welcoming. The shop is so cute and very clean. The piercer was the sweetest and made sure I was comfortable. They kept checking in the make sure I wasn’t in any pain and made the experience great. I had the great fortune of being able to work directly with one of their artists Ren who took a moodboard of images I've been collecting for over a year and helped design a stunning half sleeve for me of all line work. I recently moved from a large city where I had access to a lot of great tattoo artists - Tender Heart's people are right up there in terms of quality, affordability, artistry, and an amazing experience.
