"My dining experience at Outback was extraordinary. I will definitely go back. However, I had an experience that bothered me greatly. Even here, the next day, I’m still bothered. My son and I had a great server, a gentleman. We tipped this man 20% of our bill, which was very generous - but worth it. I’ve often wondered if the people that actually clean the table, after our meal, are given a tip. I believe they should be. After our dinner on 01/29/24, I left a tip, tucked under my plate, for the gentleman that cleaned our table. As I was exiting the table, our server (a gentleman) came to pick up our bill (paid), and clearly saw the generous tip we left. However, though not his job, he preceded to gather our dinner plates - I left my tip under my plate. Though he was tipped, he proceeded to grab the money I left for the person that cleaned the table. Actually, I was appalled he would do that, but I didn’t say anything - my own fault. I left the table, but when I saw the person cleaning the table, I reached in my purse, got out the amount of tip I had left him, and took it to him personally. I told him that our server had taken his tip, to which he WAS entitled. Though I may visit this establishment again (maybe), I will definitely put the cleaners tip in a paper clip, with a note, that says this tip belongs to him/her - not the server. I feel this gentleman (server) was dishonest. I really hope I never encounter him again."

"Let me start this by saying, I never usually leave reviews but the service my table and tables around me got the evening of January 26th was horrible. We got our table at around 7pm. It took awhile for drinks but our poor server was triple sat. Coming from the restaurant industry, I felt horrible for her. We ordered food and waited around 50 minutes for 3 medium steaks. During this time, the table next to me got a wrong order. I overheard it all - steak was not supposed to be butterflied and was over done. He had already been waiting 1 hour on food and just said to not worry. The manager proceeds to come over, grab his plate, and say she’s comping the bill. This poor man ended up leaving the restaurant with NO FOOD. Our food was horrible as well. My friend ordered her sides on a separate plate due to preference. Her food came out touching and had sauce spilled over it - steak was not medium. Was medium well. My partners steak was medium rare (which she does not mind) but had HARD pieces in her coconut shrimp. My steak was well done. I grabbed our waitresses attention and she communicated to the back that a new one needed to come out. Low and behold, that steak was burnt and was medium rare. I ended up just asking for them to comp my steak. It was 9:30 at this point. Coke was watered down, system probably needed more syrup. Mac and cheese dry. All steaks messed up. Shrimp hard pieces/messed up. Baked potatoes undercooked and hard. The only thing that wasn’t messed up was the bread, which we only got one loaf of All in all we wasted almost 3 hours for horrible food. Our waitress was a gem through all of it and apologized profusely. Let’s also not forget our food arrived without silver ware. I went to the front and stood there while a worker and a lady in a pink shirt was talking. I finally spoke up and said “I don’t mean to be a bother but can we get silverware?” and she said “you are being a bother. They just got done rolling it”. Whether this was a joke or not, unprofessional work place behavior. How sad the outback has went down like this. Should’ve just went to longhorn."

"Food was perfect and the staff was great! Our youngest son is a big steak lover and happens to have Autism so some restaurants can be a little much for him, but the atmosphere here was very relaxed. One of the best Outbacks we've been to."

"Server was great and all the other food was great. Don’t understand why they can’t make a steak right though. Ordered medium well and it was definitely undercooked but the outside the scorched. If someone orders a steak medium well/well done, you use a long thin steak. Cooks should know that. My mom hates outback now because they never make her steak right and now I feel like I’m gonna start disliking it. Sucks because this used to be my favorite place."
