"Update: New menus! Much better job at being able to order. Additional staff to better serve customers. Looks like operations are a little smoother. I only observed walking by but I think I'll be back to give it another go. If all goes well I'll up the rating. Service is straight up awful. First never ha ing moved her cigarettes off the counter, my daughter made her order and the mployee told us she couldn't make that. I explained that her menu allowed for extra toppings amd she said that they have strick recipes they need to adhere to. So I asked her to assist us in ordering because we didn't understand the poorly esigned menus and we could use a little help choosing something tasty. That apparently BLEW HER MIND! She stood there and stared at us as if no one has ever suggested such a thing. After again asking for help she still couldn't muster up enough brain power to say another word so we just walked away. Pitiful job!"

"Cashier we encountered was extremely rude. Left off one of our drinks and one was wrong. She refused to remake it without me paying, I told her I wasn't paying for a remake of my drink. HORRIBLE customer service! We will never be back!!"
