"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!! I have never experienced such poor, apathetic, rude, and UNPROFESSIONAL service in my lifetime. The communication is close to nothing, when I had issues with plumbing and simple issues (a shower door catch broke); I most of the time received absurdly late (months late) responses back and some issues weren't even fixed or addressed. They have extremely vague and inconvenient office hours which also makes it more of a task to get a hold of a representative who almost NEVER returned phone calls. It as if they do not want the confrontation so they do not have to personally address issues. The only way I was able to contact anybody was to email and call multiple (usually 2 of more times after waiting approximately a week) without getting my issues handled. Lastly, I was supposed to receive a "security deposit summary" and it was NEVER provided to be whatsoever. It was far beyond the legal 45 days they are required to send it. After I had called and emailed multiple times inquiring about it, just to see they took part of the deposit for carpet cleaning still; even though that they required I pay for out of my pocket at move out (which I did and sent a copy of the receipt for professional cleaning AND deodorizer). They conduct shady, lackadaisical business and will take whatever issues you need addressed seriously. I hope this company learns how to conduct business better in the near future, because it is a true shame the level of unprofessionalism and apathy I've received during my time renting from them."
