"They techs were very polite. The issue was that they didn’t use clean tools. They brought a cart directly over from another clients chair from their pedicure for my mom and then for mine the tools had dead skin in them before even touching me. When confronted they went and got clean tools. They definitely should have started with clean tools."

"I used to go to this salon many years ago when it was located near Sal’s and I really enjoy the owner - sweetest guy in the world and I used to request him personally when he worked for Nails Uptown. But I did not have a great experience today with his staff. I asked for a basic pedicure and eyebrow wax, and the staff started arguing about who should take me. I wanted to take my money elsewhere. My pedicure was so-so and my eyebrow wax was pointless. The woman doing the pedicure did not sanitize any tool used on me after the pedicure was complete - she ran water over them and put them back into your bin! I left and went back home to tweeze all the hair that was missed and to soak my feet in peroxide because I was afraid the tools they used on me weren’t sanitized prior.I’ve never encountered staff who didn’t want to work and make money, or staff that didn’t sanitize tools and value the health of their customers"

"This was my first visit which is why I gave a four start rating. I have been in the area since November and was looking for a local nail shop instead of going to Prince George once a month. After checking reviews, I made an appointment with Kelly and I was not disappointed!. The shop was open and bright and the staff are following CDC Guidelines on distancing, cleaning, gloves, mask and partitioning. Kelly took her time, got to know what I was used to and how I wanted my nails. She did a great job and really knows her craft. I was very impressed at how well she shaped my nails and the time and effort she made to make sure I was satisfied. I've already booked my next appointment!"

"Normally I do not review businesses negatively, but I am very disappointed in my results. After requesting a color in the book, the color of the polish came out totally different. The salon needs to update their book. My nail technician was unfriendly as well. Overall bad experience and do not recommend."
