"Bryan and his crew performed a kitchen renovation in a 1950's house, and built a 16'x16' shed. Some of the kitchen tiles settled after a while and the grout cracked. I brought it to Bryan's attention and he offered to come over and fix at his expense when he had time in-between his other projects.
