"Experience during my appointment was great. Felt comfortable and well taken care of. However, the quality of my nails are horrible. I got my gel manicure on a Tuesday. By Thursday, my nails had cracks across the entire nail (first two pictures). By Sunday the cracks were break apart and my manicure was ruined."
"Terrible experience! My daughter and I went to get our nails and eyebrows done. Our eyebrows costed $15 each. The lady did 2 minutes max on each of our sessions and our eyebrows still look the same. Not sure why she even charged $15 when she didn't even bother shaping or trimming our eyebrows. Then we both got our nails done the same by different nail technicians and both our nails came out horribly. Then when you go to pay with your card you are charged almost a $4 convenience fee. What was supposed to be a great Mother and Daughter experience turned into disappointment. I could of got this same service in the city for half the price. The lesson I learned from this experience is just because it's located in a nice part of Mechanicsville does not mean they provide good service. Take your money elsewhere or go on Facebook and find a independent nail technician locally."
