"I don't recommend this place. I don't know if the person who did my nails did them very poorly. She left them thick and without styles. The truth is, it didn't feel good. I had to pay again to have them done elsewhere. Very bad job in this place creative nail & spa"

"Needed my nails done before vacation. The associate took the blue polish off and left traces of it around my cuticles. Then proceeded to put the acrylic on it. I showed it to her and then she started talking in her native language. Several other ladies came over and they were all speaking their native language. N pointing at my hand. Then she had acrylic on my cuticles, she started rubbing the nail file in my finger! That hurt like hell. Then after she polished me and sent me to dry, I wanted to leave. The lady at the counter and the lady that did my nails said u can’t leave for 5 more minutes. All the while there are no signs with the prices. I was charged $38 for a fill in of acrylic nails. Never again will I go there"

"Really disappointed with the service I got today, I’ve been here three times and loved the first two but these nails are very some of the chunkiest nails someone had done. During my service 5 of my nails bubbled and they had to redo them and left scruff marks. This was really bad experience."

"I will never return or recommend this nail salon. When I first arrived this evening, I was rushed to pick a color. I legit had to tell him to stop rushing me. Then he didn’t even do a full manicure. I asked him before adding dip isn’t he suppose to actually do my nails and remove cuticles, he said no after. And I should of known better Smdh. Also picking out my colors for my toes and nails it’s suppose to match and it’s clear as day in the picture they do not. My nails are so sloppy I have never been this disappointed with a salon. I wish I had the name of the guy. He’s horrible."
