"I had an old pug who had dementia and was using my bedroom as a potty area. After his passing, I decided to have the carpet replaced. Mind you, the old carpet was put in by the previous owners so I had no idea what was underneath it and how much urine damage there would be. I contacted Lotfi with Sultan Flooring along with a couple other flooring companies to get quotes. I decided to go with Lotfi because he never pressured me and his bid was reasonable. Another great thing about Lotfi is that I never felt judged by him for having a stinky carpet. He was easy going and helpful all the way through. Anyway, when they arrived this morning, they got straight to work. They moved the furniture out of the way for an extra fee, which was nice because it was super heavy and moved it all back when they were done. They took the old carpet and pad out, put a new pad in and then put my gorgeous new carpet in. I am in love with the color. It looks so much better and smells better too. I am so happy with the job they did! Very professional, and communication was easy. Don't hesitate to work with this company!"
