"The owner of this store is amazing. I had the best experience at Vintage Vault today. I called the owner a few days ago to ask if he purchased used vinyl. He asked me to text him a list and he replied that he would be happy to look at my items in-person. I took them in today. He was honest with me about what he could take and what he could not take. He then meticulously looked over all of my records to check for imperfections. After his evaluation, he made an offer on the records that were pristine. He admitted that the offer wouldn’t be as high as I might expect to receive if I sold directly to other individuals myself. He added there was no pressure for me to accept his offer. There just aren’t many folks doing business today with this type of honesty and integrity. If you are in the market for an honest retailer that has amazing, high quality, new and used records, make the trip to this store."
