"I am facing the giants and injustice in Suffolk Virginia. I have been crying out on social media (Facebook Dawn Victory) I am in legal debt because I am being taken advantage of by the state and fighting for my parental rights. It’s so many illegal things going on here I really don’t know where to begin. All I can say to you is that it started with having my child stolen from me from the hands of her narcissist father who has been defaming my character. My 8 year old daughter was forced to sign her signature on a false protective order that kept me from her for 3 years . I have had lawyers on my case that was indeed a conflict of interest and took my money anyway. "Mrs.Katherine Currin was hired by my son to represent him in a case. I was embarrassed by the way she represented him in court. She was unprepared and didn’t know what she was doing, had no documents to counter the other attorney. She emailed my son the afternoon before court and wanted him to give her all these documents, mind you court is scheduled the next morning at 9 am. So no wonder she wasn’t prepared. I would give her zero stars if I was able to. She also never let us know she was in court the day of his case, we thought she didn’t show up. His case was at 9am. We found out at 9:34 am She was on another case in another court room leaving us to wondering where she was or if she was going to show up.Before I found out she was in another courtroom, I left the courthouse to use my cell phone to call to find out where she was and all I received was her answering service and they said all they could do was send a message. I never received a call or text back from the answering service nor Mrs.Currin. Mrs.Currin was very unprofessional, unorganized, not prepared ,overcharges on her fees. Mrs. Currin has a duty to her clients to be prepared and ready to argue the case on their behalf. That is not what he received whatsoever. I would not hire her again for anything. She requires a 10,000.00 retainer upfront just to receive inadequate representation from her. This is what I experienced and witnessed with her in my sons case on 5-10-23 . She talks a good game to get you to hire her but then doesn’t hold up her end of the contract. Please beware of the attorney."
