"I was referred to the Bristol Cancer Center by my primary care physician for a blood disorder I have to see their hematologist. I was told it could take months to get on the books once my file had been reviewed by a team member and determined how urgent of care I needed to receive. Considering I had already been in an active bleeding episode for 2 months I felt my need to be seen was pretty urgent. I received a call a few weeks after the referral was sent and my file was reviewed and they set up an appointment for me for a little over a month out, I was thrilled they also saw the urgency and were going to prioritize an appointment for me to be seen. Well I received a call a WEEK prior to my appointment and they canceled it. They did not attempt to reschedule or even apologize. They said the hematologist could not treat my blood disorder and therefore was canceling the appointment. I’ve now been bleeding for over 3 months and am left with no appointment and no doctor and I am back to square one to try and get a referral to a new center and specialist. I am livid and pretty upset on how someone who went to school to specialize in treating Blood Disorders claims they can’t treat someone with a blood disorder! Absolutely do not recommend this facility especially if you are needing a hematologist."
"They will watch a person who is not a patient commit a crime in their parking lot but not want to get involved. That makes all their patients feel safe."
"Bristol Cancer Center and the staff are awesome. They treat you as if you were their family. Dr. Musgrave and the nurse practitioners are wonderful. They care about you as a person not just a patient. From the moment that I walked through the door over a year ago I was greeted with a heartwarming smile and kindness that you don’t always receive at other facilities. I knew that I had chosen the best in this area. I would give them more than five stars if I could."
"Im currently a patient of Dr.Musgrave and Im so glad I came to this office for my breast cancer treatments. I think is infusion center could be a little more organized so they start infusions faster but the facility is great."
"I don’t know why they need to schedule 3x more people than they have chairs. I waited for 2 hours in the lobby to get my medicine and ended up walking out at the two hour mark. Joke of a company."
