"I came here twice for cartilage piercings, the first time I had to come back twice because Sara was gone both times to “ check on her dogs” for 2 hours. The actual piercing took forever and the earring I was given was horrible quality. Then about 8 months later I had a second appointment rescheduled since she wasn’t there when I arrived at the scheduled time. I came back the next day (as I was told to) and after standing, freezing outside the locked door a guy came out to tell us they were closing early."
