"I recently visited Walgreens in Kingsport, TN and I have to say, it was a bit of a disappointing shopping experience. The store was understaffed, which made it difficult to get assistance or check out in a timely manner. The selection of products was okay, with a variety of items available for personal and health needs. The prices were quite reasonable, which made for a good value for the money. On the downside, the store was somewhat disorganized and not as clean as other stores in the area. The understaffing was also a major issue, as there were long lines at the checkout and it was difficult to get assistance. Overall, while Walgreens in Kingsport, TN has a decent selection of products and reasonable prices, the understaffing and disorganization makes for a disappointing shopping experience. If you're in need of personal or health items, it may be worth considering other stores in the area with better staffing and organization."

"I absolutely love this specific Walgreens especially the pharmacy. The staff in store and at the pharmacy have always Always been a great help for myself and situation's. The pharmacy is always willing and ready to do everything possible to help me with my prescriptions and/or answer any questions that I may have. I have been using this specific Walgreens for over a year now and I can honestly say I have only had 2 unpleasant experiences. But we all have bad days rough days even at work!!! They were very quick to correct the situation with full accountability and very apologetic. Besides the 2 silly incidents I have had great experiences each time here. Always waited on in a quick manner very polite respectful smiling and kindness. This is honestly the ONLY Walgreens I've found so far that I can walk into and NOT FEEL JUDGMENT or SHAME. So that to me is definitely the best. I refuse to feel my prescriptions ANYWHERE ELSE!!"

"I went to the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. The people working it are always fast & friendly. They also go out of their way to answer any questions you my have about anything. That's why I give them 5 stars"

"I have gotten to where I just don't want to use any Walgreens at all anymore and this Walgreens in particular is why. The pharmacy department is a mess. They don't get your meds filled correctly and they act like they are the same all be all of your prescriptions. The Dr. Wrote the prescription, it's not your job to ask me personal questions about why I need any med. This place is ridiculous. If you wanted to have the right to say meds. Go to who and when you should have become a doctor not a pharmacist. I'm moving my meds. To walmart TODAY! Lowsy excuse for a pharmacy."
